Obama a weak or strong negotiator?

I suspect only the leftists really care. But the mere fact that NPR (see Liberals In A Dither Over Whether Obama Blew It, Or Nailed It) and other 'liberal' news outlets are debating it suggests that his negotiating skills are lacking.
